Workshop 2: Wie kann Vielfalt ins Amt gebracht werden? // Wie kann Vielfalt in die Organisation gebracht werden?

Der Fokus dieses Workshops liegt auf der Einordnung und Reflexion von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Diversität in der öffentlichen Verwaltung (12:45–14:00 Uhr) bzw. in Organisationen (14:30–15:45 Uhr). Dabei werden basierend auf dem aktuellen internationalen und deutschsprachigen Forschungsstand sowie auf den empirischen Ergebnissen verschiedener Studien des Deutschen Zentrums für Integrations- und Migrationsforschung Best-Practice-Ansätze reflektiert und diskutiert und auf den eigenen Organisationskontext angewendet.

Workshop 2: How can diversity be brought into office? / How can diversity be brought into the organization?

The focus of this workshop is on the classification and reflection of measures to increase diversity in public administration (12:45–14:00) and in organizations (14:30–15:45). Based on the current international and German-language state of research and the empirical results of various studies by the German Centre for Integration and Migration Research, best-practice approaches will be reflected upon and discussed and applied to the participants' own organizational context.
